Internet is replete with tonnes of material on tips to prepare well or to crack an interview. I would like to sum up few of them: 1. Interview offers an opportunity to obtain an insight about the company, work culture, job role, my reporting and so on. So, foremost remain confident, rather than taking too much time on preparing yourself for an interview, do take time in interviewing (be polite and careful with your question set) the other person as well. At times, what all job description says is not actually true or even similar to what is being offered. 2. Interview must be either an inperson or a Virtual Interview . Don't ever make a mistake of giving an interview where you are not able to see the other person. Incase office is located at a far away location then it's always advisable to request for first virtual round prior rather than wasting your time and money.
